Regret

All the Time in the World

I’m a pretty… nice guy. I mostly live a carefree fun life. Why not? I'm blessed with a good wife, a great job and near perfect children. I'm having the time of my life, and it shows. You’d like me if you met me. Just not today. Today, I’m sitting a conference room, morose, ruminating on the fickleness of life. We're here today and gone the next. Sometimes without warning. It sucks, you know. Even if you win the lottery and live forever, there’s so much we have to live with. The heartbreaks, betrayals. Loss.
